Once on our website raymercollections.com, either search via the search bar or click on any of the listed collections and categories to identify the particular product you want.

Method 1:

Click on product and then choose “add to cart”.  Proceed to check out by selecting the “cart” icon. Fill in the billing details and create an account if you are a new user or log in for returning customer. If every detail has been provided, proceed to place the order.

Method 2:

Click on product and then choose “Quick Buy Via WhatsApp”.  Proceed to chat with our sales agent for Quick ordering.

Standard shipping typically takes 4 - 5 days business days. With shipping done only Within Kenya.

As of now, Raymer Collections delivers in all the 47 counties of Kenya.

Primarily there are two modes of payment. Pre-payment and cash on delivery. Pre-payment works for bulk products and other products exceeding Kes 20,000. For cash on delivery, you pay upon receipt of order. Our customer care rep will inform you on the mode of payment upon the processing of your order.

Yes, all our products are genuine and meet all international standards.

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
